Last stop

Our last stop was Scottsdale Az to see Grandma Mari -We had such a wonderful time with her -

The kids loved seeing her, she's so sweet and fun

Springtime in AZ was so beautiful - 

We had 80 degree weather our whole trip and then on the way home got stuck in a crazy scary blizzard in NM - We pulled off the freeway in some tiny town, thinking we were going to be sleeping in the car for the night, but this cute man told us they'd opened the school gym for all the strandees - So there we are on the gym floor, so thankful we weren't in our car

We had some delicious food in AZ, (thanks to Grandma Mari!) but then again, we were just coming off eating dehydrated backpacking food so maybe we were just easy to please....

We stayed in a great hotel for 3 days, and hung out at the pool for 6 hours straight, eating nachos and swimming - it was awesome

cute Jane - she has alopecia, in case you were wondering where all her hair is - it's a crummy deal but she seems to be carrying on just fine with her 3 year old life and is only worried about which color princess dress she can put on next - love her buns so much

so beautiful, we had such a fun time in Scottsdale - We loved spending time with Grandma Mari and were so glad we made the trip down to see her - Best Spring Break trip yet.
