Easter was great....pre-assembled baskets from Walgreens, repeat Easter dresses from 2 years ago, pure chocolate for breakfast and another great Easter egg hunt at the Jensen's, Sverre's mom always has live baby ducks and bunnies, when the kids open their eggs, they find out if they "won" one. All the parents are secretly cringing, hoping that their eager child does not get a live animal....we've dodged it for the past however many years, but this year, we were not so lucky. And Abby would not let us talk her out of it once the idea was placed in her head. She's in 1st grade, hello. smarter than when she was 4. So we now have another living organism at our house...just what I was not needing. But Fluffy is pretty respectable,pretty easy, pretty cute and entertains the kids for hours, so we can't complain. I told Abby we might have to dispose of it once this real baby comes, we'll see how that goes!
Tait was cracking us up with that huge basket....and he was so filthy...chocolate all over, not to mention the snot that was just wiped on his shirt. There was no way he was leaving the hunt to go wipe his nose...translation...mom was too lazy to go inside for a kleenex.
There are those cute quads! Autumn and Brent surprised everyone and flew in for Easter from Tennessee. So fun to see them

Great family picture. Looks like it was a lot of fun...and don't think about dropping the bunny at our house when the baby comes, we already have a fish.
how fun. wow... that IS a big surprise for the 6 of them to fly in for easter. i am glad they got to be there.
looks like a fun easter. i hope you are enjoying the bunny. i heard that you if you hold them too much, they die. is that not true? is that an old wives tale? :)
