Not 5 minutes after the kids had hit the sack, my dad was stealing Santa's cookies - He seemed to be more sympathetic towards the famished reindeer as he left all the carrots for them
6:30 a.m. read it and weep, folks - we were done opening presents by the time most people were pushing their snooze buttons
We love Christmas breakfast tradition - My mom doesn't let anyone help, she does it ALL...we just have to sit down and eat - Now, that's not to say that it all goes as planned when she does this - This year we walked into a kitchen full of thick smoke and my mom frantically trying to waft the cinnamon rolls so they were edible:)
we all were just waiting around with our cameras for the time when my dad would surely zonk in the middle of pure chaos on Christmas morning- The grandkids are pratically jumping all over him and he doesn't budge - Usually it's face down on the carpet in his bathrobe - this year, he made it to the chair

Sounds like the perfect Christmas! Does your Dad read your blog?!?! ha ha
Here's what I love- The jammies your girls are wearing on Christmas, the fact that I have thought of the pomegrante jellies once since the tree hunt. They are referenced here..., your family is so happy, the facial hair is awesome! I always loved guys with facial hair:) Your new sister in law must be cool if she could see the humor in this at her wedding dinner!
