SLC

We finished off the week in Utah just hanging out at my parent's house with my brothers and sisters -the kids hiked to love rock about 10 times (a place in the mountain behind their house where you can graffiti in your lover, so romantic - I've got my junior high lovers in permanent spray paint up there, don't you forget it.
Who knew that  duster could double as grave flowers?? Jane....she cracks us up all the time
take-out with the family - we have about 3 spoons left in my parents house and about 2 matching cups - it's getting sparse -
the kids must really be into yarn webs these days and it's probably really safe to do over a balcony
the eating conditions are also sparse at the Nelson house - no longer a plethora of sugar cold cereal options and a cupboard full of Chips Ahoy and Nutter Butters- With my parents gone, we are left to our own devices with some expired oatmeal, some barely-hanging-in-there peanut butter and some spices still left from the 1980's - Among many other things, we are excited for my parents to be home so we can get back to grubbing it in style at their house when we come into town! (and by grubbing it in style, I'm talking some fresh toasted cheese sandwiches on Grandma sycamore white bread, frozen Costco paraphernalia and take-out:)
Went to the church history museum and then to lunch at temple square with Scott/Mandy and Lauren/Liam - I'm always amazed how beautiful Temple Square is - and the huge city center they're building next to it....awesome.
