A Vail Thanksgiving

We had a Vail Thanksgiving this year and loved it - It was absolutely beautiful up there - we skied for a couple of days in sunny warm weather, perfect for taking fair-weathered kids - We had such a fun, relaxing time with the Jensens
Always a dog and pony show getting all the equipment/gloves/hats/goggles etc etc  -I'm pretty proud of myself when all the parts are actually accounted for once we hit the slopes

Tait was such a champ skier - as were Abby and Sierra - it's so fun as kids get older, can ski on their own and are fast!

Our $75 soup and bread - some serious ski slope price gauging - but totally worth it for the experience

These two were champs - they stayed home with the youngins for 2 days so we could ski with our older kids - so,so nice

waiting for the bus and wondering already if we should have left that crying young cow at home:)

Jane's first day of skiing - so so cute, and so so back breaking:)  she mainly just sat in between our legs and cluelessly ate snow off her gloves and acted cute while we carried her weight down the mountain.  What a life:)

our Thanksgiving dinner - awesome

how beautiful is that?   (not us, the mountain range:)
Ole was our fire keeper -  that head lamp really helped him keep on task:) such a cute man
